Full-time, in-office Marketing Assistant role in Tel Aviv supporting marketing operations, communications, events, content, research, and business development initiatives for a global legal services organization.

- Support the Marketing Manager with office and Israel-related marketing and business development initiatives
- Draft, edit, and distribute marketing materials, reports, press releases, seminar materials, client updates, and other communications
- Create visual materials for social media, firm events, webinars, and holiday cards
- Coordinate events in Israel, including sponsorships, summits, seminars, galas, and webinars
- Support external and client-facing content such as blogs, alerts, newsletters, articles, and social media posts
- Maintain marketing records, experience databases, logs, and internal reporting systems
- Conduct business development research and collect materials for legal league table submissions
- Collaborate with communications, research, RFP, events, and design teams
- Coordinate with external vendors and support attorney marketing requests and other projects
- Use approved AI tools and learn new programs or systems as needed
דרישות
- At least 4 years of marketing or event planning experience
- Four to five years of experience in a global business environment
- Native-level English and advanced Hebrew
- Excellent written and verbal communication, composition, research, and editing skills
- Strong prioritization, problem-solving, time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, accept direction, multitask, and perform under pressure
- Proficiency with Windows-based software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High proficiency with Canva
