Join a mobile advertising platform’s EMEA team in a hybrid role based in Petah Tikva. Manage strategic publisher accounts across European and Russian-speaking markets, supporting onboarding, monetization, optimization, and long-term growth.

- Own relationships with strategic mobile app publisher accounts across Europe.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, troubleshooting, retention, and performance growth.
- Provide strategic guidance and daily support to improve publisher success and revenue.
- Identify expansion opportunities and lead upsell initiatives for advertising products and integrations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance on account setup, optimization, quality assurance, and invoicing.
- Analyze account data and provide actionable performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the resolution of technical and business issues while keeping clients informed.
- Share market trends, knowledge, and case studies to promote best practices internally.

- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organized, collaborative, and commercially focused approach.
יתרון
- At least 2 years of experience in ad tech, account management, client services, or customer success.
- Experience with mobile advertising, utility apps, or gaming apps.
- Knowledge of RTB, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation platforms.
