An aerospace manufacturing facility is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate 3–5-axis machining equipment and produce precision milled and turned components. The role involves shift work and overtime.

תחומי אחריות

  • Operate 3–5-axis CNC machining equipment
  • Perform milling and turning of aerospace components
  • Assemble cutting tools and set machine fixtures and work offsets
  • Secure workpieces, set machine zero points and conduct in-process measurements
  • Remove burrs and assemble fasteners or rigid components
  • Perform routine machine maintenance

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience in machining and CNC machine setup
  • Mandatory experience with G-code
  • Mandatory knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls
  • Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience using precision measurement tools
  • Previous experience programming and manufacturing aerospace prototypes
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime

יתרון

  • Practical engineering or machine technician qualification, or vocational training in machining
  • Experience operating conventional machining equipment
