Lead multidisciplinary electronics and system product engineering projects from requirements through production and end of life. Coordinate hardware, software, firmware, testing, manufacturing, quality, and supplier activities while serving as a technical authority across engineering teams.

- Build integration plans, communicate priorities and status, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead projects from requirements through chip design, firmware, production, and end of life.
- Coordinate development and deployment of automated hardware, software, and mechanical testers.
- Lead manufacturing data analysis to identify and mitigate quality and yield issues.
- Coordinate production ramp-up, capacity expansion, and customer-return failure analysis.
- Manage bug prioritization, tracking, and knowledge transfer.
- Drive automation and environment improvements with development teams.
- Validate test performance and stability using verification and validation methods.
- Coordinate testing architecture, setup readiness, and coverage with DFT teams.
- Evaluate new technologies and testing capabilities.
- Collaborate with R&D, hardware, software, chip design, operations, thermal, signal integrity, firmware, layout, and related teams.
- Track schedules with product management and report project status to senior leadership.
דרישות
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Extensive knowledge of electronics, production processes, and testing.
- Hands-on system integration experience and strong task-management capabilities.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- Experience supervising and tracking multidisciplinary engineering work.
- Knowledge of manufacturing data analysis, quality improvement, validation, and verification methods.
