Lead day-to-day execution of multidisciplinary R&D projects, aligning product and engineering teams and coordinating external partners for a counter-drone technology company.

  • Manage dependencies and timelines across hardware, software, and systems workstreams.
  • Turn roadmaps into detailed project plans covering milestones, risks, interfaces, resources, and critical paths.
  • Coordinate project execution from discovery through completion, using metrics to monitor timelines, bottlenecks, and workloads.
  • Identify and communicate delivery risks using execution metrics and KPIs.
  • Coordinate technical and operational work with third-party partners.
  • Run stand-ups, technical reviews, readiness checks, and status meetings.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments.
  • Ability to discuss technical topics with engineers and assess estimates and complexity.
  • Experience managing shared resources and external stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Practical experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience tracking schedules, KPIs, dashboards, and project execution using Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
