  • Support Program Managers throughout ASIC program execution
  • Track milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, deliverables, status reports, dashboards, and execution metrics
  • Coordinate ASIC, software, and business operations teams across global stakeholders
  • Follow up on project actions and drive timely completion
  • Develop AI-powered tracking tools and automation solutions
  • Improve project visibility, processes, and program management methodologies
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain alignment and support program delivery

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, program coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience with project management and reporting tools
  • Experience developing or using AI agents, AI automation tools, or AI-powered productivity solutions
  • Stakeholder management and communication experience across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to organize complex work and drive execution with ownership and accountability

יתרון

  • Experience with semiconductor, ASIC, hardware, or software development programs
  • Familiarity with ASIC development flows and product development lifecycles
  • Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
  • Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies
  • Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
