Lead large-scale communications intelligence systems projects, coordinating plans, budgets, customers, multidisciplinary teams, and subcontractors.

- Manage project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain ongoing communication with project customers.
- Lead matrixed, multidisciplinary teams, including systems, software, and mechanical engineers.
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and internationally.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an exact science
- At least 3 years of experience managing business projects valued above USD 5 million
- Experience leading teams and managing matrixed personnel
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Fluent English, including technical English
- Willingness to work overtime and travel internationally
יתרון
- Master’s degree in business administration
- Experience with RF systems
- Experience managing defense projects
