Project Manager – Civil Aviation Customer Operations

Manage business and operational delivery for an international civil aviation customer. The role coordinates schedules, budgets, deliveries, logistics, inventory, spare-parts orders, and customer support across a matrix organization.

- Own project schedules, targets, budgets, and customer deliveries.
- Support international operators of cargo aircraft with responsive service.
- Coordinate customers, logistics, warehouses, shipping, workshops, finance, conversion programs, and engineering teams.
- Check spare-parts availability and pricing, prepare quotations and orders, and track shipments and related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment orders.
- Document and follow up on customer complaints, conduct satisfaction surveys, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics, business administration, or industrial engineering and management.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations and logistics.
- Experience supporting international customers.
- Professional spoken and written English and Hebrew.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Experience leading processes in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs.
יתרון
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 365.
- Knowledge of aviation, especially passenger-to-freighter aircraft conversions.
