A full-time role supporting planning and control for a multi-disciplinary aircraft systems program in Ashdod. The work includes building multi-year plans, allocating resources, and tracking project delivery against targets.

  • Build multi-year work plans.
  • Analyze workload and allocate resources.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project work plans against output, budget, and schedule targets.
  • Identify bottlenecks, analyze performance trends, capture lessons learned, and develop improvement plans.
  • Work regularly with SAP systems.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics, or business administration.
  • At least two years of experience in PMO, planning, or project control.
  • Knowledge of project management methods, including schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
