Lead a complex multi-mission aircraft program from contract signing through delivery to the customer. The role covers technical, commercial, customer-facing, supplier, schedule, supply, and risk-management responsibilities.

  • Lead the development and integration of mission systems and weapon capabilities
  • Own the program’s technical, commercial, and customer-facing aspects during proposals
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate their ongoing delivery
  • Lead cross-functional work across systems engineering, software, mechanical engineering, and hardware engineering
  • Plan and monitor work programs, procurement, deliveries, and project risks
  • Drive the program from contract signing through customer delivery

דרישות

  • Academic degree in engineering
  • Experience as a business or engineering project manager, or as a chief engineer on a development project
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Good spoken and written English

יתרון

  • Background in airborne systems or weapon systems
  • Experience developing defense systems or airborne weapons
