Full-time remote role supporting the evaluation, development, and management of early-stage biotech ventures focused on therapeutic compounds.

- Conduct scientific and market research on potential therapeutic opportunities.
- Analyze preclinical and clinical study data and prepare investment memos and project reports.
- Coordinate R&D plans, timelines, and milestones across internal teams and external partners, including academic laboratories, CROs, and consultants.
- Help structure and manage experiments, track progress against development objectives, and communicate risks, resources, and outcomes to leadership.
- Contribute to portfolio strategy, investment due diligence, and long-term planning for regulatory milestones.

- Strong analytical and research capabilities for evaluating scientific data, market potential, and development risks.
- Experience in research and development, including experimental design, development pipelines, and translational science.
- Clear scientific writing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Laboratory experience relevant to biomedical or life sciences research, including basic assay execution and data documentation.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, such as a PhD, MD, or MS, or equivalent experience; a strong background in biotechnology, pharmacology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects remotely, prioritize work, and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
