Lead strategic programs and product lifecycles for enterprise security products, coordinating R&D, Product, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders in a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

  • Manage product lifecycles and strategic technical programs
  • Coordinate R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to align priorities and accountability
  • Identify technical risks, blockers, and dependencies early
  • Track and report program status, dependencies, and success metrics to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows for program management, reporting, and delivery visibility
  • Improve R&D software development lifecycle efficiency

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of technical project or program management experience
  • Expertise in Guardicore microsegmentation domains
  • Ability to understand R&D processes and translate complex technical requirements into structured programs
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and navigating complex matrixed teams
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence

יתרון

  • Software industry experience
  • Experience with Guardicore microsegmentation domains such as EaXR, DNS Firewall, Hunt, or Cloud Group
