Lead tailored, multi-year cloud service engagements for enterprise customers. Act as a trusted advisor by coordinating transformation roadmaps, global experts, service delivery, and customer value realization.

- Lead Max Success Plan customer engagements
- Drive adoption and optimization across customer cloud solutions
- Analyze customer business, IT, transformation, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational requirements
- Tailor engagement plans, develop value propositions, secure alignment, and coordinate contracts
- Manage governance, executive reporting, escalations, resource planning, procurement, contract management, and service delivery
- Coordinate engineering services and expert resources across design, optimization, assessment, integration, validation, operations, enablement, training, and workshops
דרישות
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP enterprise, industry, platform, SaaS, third-party, or partner technologies
- Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise
- Experience in SAP project management, value management, and quality management
- Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects
- Experience with pre-sales, solutioning, procurement, contract lifecycle management, renewals, and customer retention
- Experience working with C-level executives, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, de-escalation, communication, presentation, and business acumen skills
- Customer-focused relationship management, networking, problem-solving, diplomacy, and cultural awareness
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business, economics, computer science, or mathematics
- Willingness to travel
