Senior Technical Program Manager

Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multidisciplinary hardware and software programs from contract award through design, integration, qualification, production, deployment, and fielding. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, subcontractors, and customer delivery teams.

- Translate program objectives into executable plans connecting development, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and customer milestones.
- Identify critical paths, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution risks; drive mitigation and escalation plans.
- Align engineering, leadership, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout program delivery.
- Own program reviews, contractual deliverables, and customer submissions.
- Track requirements, interfaces, and configuration baselines, and drive verification and acceptance activities through closure.
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain on production readiness, supplier execution, material availability, build planning, and delivery commitments.
- Support proposals, statements of work, and future-phase planning.
- Establish operating rhythms, accountability, and execution structure across teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in technical program management.
- Experience producing, deploying, or integrating sophisticated hardware and software systems.
- Experience working with government customers, contracts, and formal deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive execution with limited direction.
- Technical depth sufficient to participate effectively in discussions throughout the program lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

- Experience delivering aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous, or other highly integrated technical systems.
- Experience taking hardware products from prototype through qualification and into production.
- Experience with project management software and modern program management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and simplify complex problems.
