Join an automotive technology team to lead the scalable execution and delivery of advanced driver-assistance programs for international customers. The role combines technical planning, customer engagement, problem-solving, and cross-functional program leadership.

תחומי אחריות

  • Coordinate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key programs.
  • Engage automotive customers to clarify technical needs and organize workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
  • Identify and remove delivery obstacles across teams.
  • Lead decisions and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Apply relevant technical experience and structured problem-solving to improve delivery.
  • Define program metrics and communicate performance, outcomes, and blockers.
  • Partner with management and other leaders to identify and implement process improvements.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience managing customer-facing technical projects or programs.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and management skills.

יתרון

  • Experience in the automotive or vehicle industry.
