Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs by coordinating technical planning, execution, infrastructure, data readiness, validation, and process improvements.

תחומי אחריות

  • Plan and establish processes across multiple development teams.
  • Coordinate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key programs.
  • Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work.
  • Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs.
  • Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with infrastructure capacity, data availability, and validation resources.
  • Identify and resolve execution risks and technical blockers, including test failures, data gaps, integration conflicts, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
  • Remove obstacles that delay delivery and help teams achieve strategic and technical objectives.
  • Partner with management and engineering leaders to implement ongoing process improvements.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field.
  • At least 10 years of experience working with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, collaborate across functions, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew.
