- Manage multidisciplinary project functions in a matrix structure
- Coordinate hardware, software, FPGA, mechanics, and other technical disciplines
- Support major aerospace defense programs and customer engagement
דרישות
- BSc in electrical, software, systems, or aeronautical engineering
- At least 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects involving hardware, mechanics, software, or related functions
- High level of English
- Ability to lead and drive teams
יתרון
- Familiarity with head-end system architecture and military standards
- Background in hardware, software, or systems development
- Experience writing requirements, design, and test documentation
