Lead end-to-end programs for the development and production of advanced space cameras, coordinating customers, technical teams, schedules, resources, and delivery.

  • Lead programs from contract award through execution, delivery, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and manage work plans, scope, resources, and demanding schedules.
  • Manage customer communication and relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional matrix teams across development, production, procurement, and technical disciplines.
  • Prepare and present program reviews to management and customers.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, assertiveness, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and apply system-level thinking.

יתרון

  • MBA.
  • Experience managing large-scale development and production programs with budgets of tens of millions of dollars.
  • Experience working with MAFAT.
