Lead end-to-end releases for firmware, SDK, and network operating system products in a global networking organization. Coordinate engineering, testing, QA, operations, architecture, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

  • Own firmware, SDK, and network operating system releases from kickoff through signoff
  • Coordinate engineering, operations, architecture, marketing, development, verification, and QA teams
  • Drive release schedules, quality targets, progress tracking, and release indicators
  • Align testing activities across development, verification, and QA groups
  • Lead release meetings, communicate status, resolve issues, and escalate risks
  • Collaborate with global teams to improve development and release workflows
  • Define and improve release processes, guidelines, and checklists

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of overall experience, including release management or software project leadership
  • Experience leading global projects
  • Proficiency with planning, tracking, documentation, and enterprise ticketing tools such as Excel, Confluence, Redmine, Jira, or TFS
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-manage, and provide technical leadership

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
  • Experience with Agile software development practices
