An aerospace and defense organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead program execution for its Special Mission Aircraft business unit in Holon, Israel.

תחומי אחריות

  • Own end-to-end program management and execution.
  • Manage customer relationships and contractors.
  • Control budgets and track project milestones.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop work plans and Statements of Work.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, aeronautical, mechanical, or another relevant engineering discipline.
  • Significant experience managing technology programs.
  • Strong English communication skills, including professional documentation and email correspondence.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms, work-plan development, and Statements of Work.
  • Experience allocating and managing budgets.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Systems-of-systems thinking and understanding.
