Lead the execution of a global autonomous vehicle program across international test sites and customer locations. This role combines large-scale operations, technical deployment, cross-functional leadership, and international travel.

  • Lead global autonomous vehicle operations across international test sites and customer locations.
  • Drive cross-functional projects with R&D, Product, Business Development, Operations, Legal, PR, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and improve processes, procedures, and best practices for consistent execution across global sites.
  • Oversee the integration, validation, and deployment of autonomous vehicle technologies with engineering teams.
  • Support operational readiness as new vehicle capabilities are introduced.
  • Represent the employer in customer engagements, vehicle demonstrations, regulatory interactions, and international expansion activities.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, exact sciences, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience leading complex technical or R&D projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn advanced technologies quickly.
  • Experience working with international customers, partners, regulators, or cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally, including extended overseas stays.
