  • Drive end-to-end program execution for an ASIC software ecosystem and its integration with network operating systems
  • Lead New Product Introduction programs for next-generation silicon devices
  • Align distributed engineering teams and coordinate hardware/software co-development
  • Own schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive communications
  • Partner with engineering leaders to deliver integrated hardware, software, and system solutions
  • Collect requirements and manage prioritization across business units, customers, and technical stakeholders
  • Drive accountability and outcomes in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of combined experience in engineering program management, engineering management, or hands-on engineering roles in the high-tech electronics industry
  • Experience with systems software development, software lifecycles, and delivery models
  • Experience leading hardware and software programs for ASIC-based products in large-scale or cloud environments
  • Experience influencing technical leaders and executive stakeholders

יתרון

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience leading silicon bring-up and New Product Introduction programs
  • Experience with hyperscalers, OEMs, or major network operators
  • Technical understanding of high-performance networking silicon, switch ASICs, and router ASICs
  • Customer-facing experience delivering technically complex solutions
