Serve as a strategic architecture advisor for complex enterprise accounts, guiding large-scale platform, data, integration, and AI transformation programs in a hybrid Israel role.

- Lead enterprise-scale architecture across strategic accounts
- Coordinate multiple architects and align solution vision from requirements through delivery
- Advise C-suite stakeholders on AI, data, and automation adoption
- Review implementation approaches with engagement managers and project teams
- Manage risks proactively and ensure scalable solutions follow platform best practices
- Mentor architects and grow the architecture practice
- Contribute to pre-sales and build internal knowledge
דרישות
- 10+ years of architecture experience
- Demonstrated leadership of digital transformation in large, complex, matrixed organizations
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, integration technologies, Data Cloud, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agent orchestration
- Experience designing and deploying AI-powered and agentic solutions
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
יתרון
- Experience as a Senior Architect, CTO, or CIO in a mid-to-large organization
- Experience leading enterprise application delivery on the Salesforce Platform
- Salesforce AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Architect credentials
- Salesforce Industries or Agile certifications, including SAFe
- Expertise in web services, data modeling, enterprise integration patterns, ESBs, ETL tools, ERP, HRIS, and data warehouse or data mart integrations
- Established relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
