Lead hardware research and development programs for network products, coordinating stakeholders and driving execution from requirements definition through delivery.

  • Coordinate marketing, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders from initial requirements through product delivery.
  • Drive hardware project execution and scheduling in line with corporate priorities and constraints.
  • Align project managers and engineers with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Develop and implement hardware methodologies, project management processes, and supporting tools.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of hardware program management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organization, independence, accountability, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
