Senior Air Defense Systems Development Program Manager

Lead the development of complex air defense and system-of-systems programs, coordinating engineering, contracts, budgets, production, logistics, suppliers, customers, and international activities.

- Budget and initiate a large-scale development program
- Lead the development of complex air defense system architectures
- Negotiate and prepare contracting documentation with major internal and external subcontractors
- Build and manage an integrated work plan from needs and system requirements through design validation and complex system testing
- Manage business, technical, engineering, contractual, budgetary, performance, delivery, and milestone interfaces
- Manage subcontractors in Israel and abroad
- Lead system development, integration, verification, and customer-facing testing
- Provide matrix leadership to engineering, finance, contracts, manufacturing, integrated logistics support, and customer service teams
- Support marketing activities for international prospective customers
דרישות
- B.Sc. in electrical and electronics engineering, software engineering, aeronautical engineering, or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience leading a development project valued above $50 million
- Experience in weapons systems, missile systems, or air defense
- Engineering understanding and hands-on involvement in complex system-of-systems and C4I integration
- Proven experience working with international customers
- Experience with matrix management
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

- M.Sc. in engineering or an MBA
- Experience working with Israeli Ministry of Defense stakeholders
