A financial services company is seeking a Program Manager for an approximately 8–10 month temporary maternity leave cover. The role owns cross-functional program planning and execution across teams in Israel and the United States.

- Lead program planning, scheduling, and coordination across departments
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Track milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
- Maintain accurate documentation for data collection and reporting
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record notes, and follow up on action items
- Develop execution plans and communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify, own, and resolve gaps, risks, and blockers
- Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery
- Create communication plans that clarify team roles and milestone responsibilities
דרישות
- 3–5 years of experience working on or supporting cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Familiarity with project or task management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Confluence
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude for reporting, documentation, or program execution
- High autonomy, proactive approach, and strong quality standards
- Fluent written and spoken English, including experience leading meetings and aligning global teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field
