- Own program objectives, including schedules, performance requirements, budget, quality, and risk management
- Manage multidisciplinary programs end to end across development, integration, testing, production, delivery, and support
- Lead and motivate engineering and production-planning teams in a complex matrix environment
- Manage ongoing communication, status presentations, reviews, and milestones with domestic and international defense customers
- Plan, manage, and monitor work programs and engineering and project milestones
- Lead presales and marketing activities, including campaigns, tenders, quotations, and pricing
- Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, standards, and defense regulations
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in electro-optics, electronics, or mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of proven program or complex project management experience in a defense company
- Experience managing multidisciplinary programs spanning development, integration, production, and delivery
- Experience leading substantial presales activities, including marketing, operational-needs analysis, solution definition, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and order conversion
- Experience working with international customers and performance indicators
- High-level English proficiency
