Aerospace manufacturing organization seeking a Planning and Control Engineer to manage complex work programs, budgets, performance reporting, risks, and operational improvements in a matrixed environment.

תחומי אחריות

  • Manage complex work programs involving multiple constraints and resources.
  • Manage project budgets and analyze performance against business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and project management teams.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data, escalating deviations and exceptions to management.
  • Prepare status, workload, risk-management, and KPI reports for customers and management.
  • Implement information systems and improve factory work processes.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Logistics.
  • At least two years of experience in planning and control, project management, or production planning and control.
  • High-level English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

יתרון

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of SAP PP, PS, MM, and CO modules.
