- Lead the partnership network in line with the goals and policies agreed with the participating organizations and communities.
- Lead staff and volunteers in Israel and abroad; develop the partnership budget, mobilize resources, oversee partner and vendor projects, monitor spending, and report results.
- Plan and deliver annual work plans; initiate new programs and develop existing ones.
- Expand participant engagement, maintain alumni connections, manage online communities, and organize community events and content sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with community representatives, local authorities, educational institutions, nonprofits, and public-sector stakeholders.
- Develop collaboration among organizations and community stakeholders across the partner regions.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing delegations and visits, including content, logistics, and visitor experience.
- Develop joint initiatives with partner programs and organizations in Israel and abroad, including resource-development opportunities.
- Maintain CRM databases and digital systems for managing programs, partners, and participants.
- Coordinate the network's communications and social media presence with relevant partners.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
- Experience managing social, community, or educational programs or projects, including teams in multiple locations in Israel.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Experience working with Jewish organizations and communities abroad.
- Experience running programs through social networks and digital platforms.
- Availability for nonstandard working hours and ongoing contact with overseas partners.
- Willingness to travel within Israel and abroad occasionally; a valid driver's license and access to a car are required.

- A master's degree.
- Education or experience in social sciences, education, community work, or management.
- Experience as an emissary or in a global Jewish role.
- Familiarity with one or more partner regions: Eilat, Eilot Regional Council, Sderot, or Bat Yam.
- Experience working with Israeli local authorities, public bodies, or nonprofit organizations.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools for managing communities and programs.
