Lead IT portfolio planning, governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across a global, multi-site organization. Align initiatives with business priorities, resources, and company strategy.

תחומי אחריות

  • Establish and manage the IT project portfolio in line with company strategy
  • Develop and maintain PMO methodologies, templates, and reporting tools
  • Coordinate project prioritization with management and business stakeholders
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across IT projects
  • Facilitate regular project reviews and executive reporting
  • Support project managers in applying governance standards and best practices
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Information Systems
  • At least 4 years of experience in PMO, project portfolio, or IT governance roles
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Excellent spoken and written English

יתרון

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Experience working in a global, multi-site organization
