Manage complex hardware engineering programs for networking products, coordinating development activities and product rollout from planning through closure.

תחומי אחריות

  • Plan schedules, allocate resources, assign tasks, and track program milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional hardware engineering activities and resolve execution gaps.
  • Lead project meetings, communicate status, generate reports, and escalate issues to leadership.
  • Identify threats, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Optimize scheduling, logistics, staffing, testing, communication, implementation, and execution.
  • Manage change, coordinate product rollout, and lead program closure and post-mortems.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar program or project management role.
  • Familiarity with program management methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and independent execution skills.
