Full-time, on-site role managing a local youth entrepreneurship center in Shaqib al-Salam. The manager leads entrepreneurship programs, mentors participants, coordinates stakeholders, and represents the organization in the community.

- Manage the daily operations of the entrepreneurship center
- Plan, deliver, and monitor youth entrepreneurship programs and activities
- Lead and mentor participating youth
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, volunteers, business mentors, and community partners
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources
- Maintain program quality and alignment with organizational values
- Track participant progress and program outcomes
- Build relationships with schools, municipalities, and local organizations
- Represent the organization in the community
- Support organizational events and initiatives
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, social sciences, management, or a related field; relevant practical experience may be considered
- Experience guiding youth or diverse groups
- Strong leadership, team management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Program and project management experience, including planning, budgeting, organization, and outcome monitoring
- Knowledge or experience in entrepreneurship, business, or hi-tech ecosystems
- Hebrew proficiency
- Cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to a dynamic environment
