An education-focused nonprofit is seeking a coordinator to operate large-scale educational programs across schools nationwide. The role is based in Tel Aviv with hybrid work and requires regular travel.

- Operate educational programs in schools nationwide
- Maintain ongoing relationships with school leaders, teaching teams, coordinators, and students
- Recruit, manage, and professionally support teachers, mentors, and reinforcement instructors
- Monitor learning quality, activity progress, and communication between teaching teams and students
- Plan and deliver meetings, special activity days, and events for students and staff
- Lead online and in-person training and professional development sessions
- Track work plans, tasks, and schedules
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and control, present status updates, analyze data, and generate improvement insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
דרישות
- At least two years of experience managing, coordinating, or operating projects
- Strong technological literacy and experience with digital systems and data-management tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes while meeting deadlines
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and process-driving skills
- Strong interpersonal, service, teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to schools across the country
