Lead data center strategy and development as the organization’s internal domain expert, supporting large-scale projects from early development through planning, design, construction, and delivery.

- Provide internal subject-matter expertise on data center development and global best practices
- Support strategic and technical decisions across hyperscale, colocation, and AI-focused data center projects
- Assess customer requirements and translate them into development and design parameters
- Advise on site selection, feasibility, power, fiber, cooling, land, and permitting considerations
- Guide early-stage development strategy and master planning
- Define requirements for power density, cooling, redundancy, scalability, and industry-standard alignment
- Coordinate technical advisors and consultants
- Support construction and delivery phases, milestones, and risk management
- Engage ecosystem partners, advisors, suppliers, customers, and potential partners
- Monitor data center industry trends and maintain relevant global relationships
דרישות
- 10–15+ years of experience in the data center industry
- Experience in developing, designing, constructing, or operating large-scale data centers
- Strong understanding of hyperscale and AI infrastructure
- Experience working with major data center developers, operators, or hyperscalers
