Lead multiple client-facing AI engagements from discovery through production. Translate business challenges into executable projects, guide delivery toward measurable outcomes, and align senior stakeholders with technical teams.

תחומי אחריות

  • Lead discovery workshops with senior client stakeholders and define problems, use cases, success criteria, and measurable outcomes
  • Own client engagements across technical delivery, commercial considerations, relationships, and execution
  • Control scope and evaluate change requests while protecting delivery outcomes
  • Drive projects from proof of concept toward production and deliver early measurable value
  • Manage executive sponsors, steering committees, demonstrations, and other customer forums
  • Identify margin, billability, and expansion signals
  • Keep client expectations aligned and make decisions that maintain delivery momentum

דרישות

  • At least 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including at least 5 years owning client engagements from discovery through delivery
  • Background in AI or software services, such as delivery leadership, engagement management, solutions consulting, or product management
  • Track record of leading discovery with senior stakeholders and converting business needs into executable projects
  • Experience managing scope and, preferably, the commercial aspects of client work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong working knowledge of generative AI and classical machine learning
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate across business and technical audiences
