Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-native capabilities for complex finance and ERP workflows. Translate financial systems expertise into product direction, automation decisions, and measurable customer value while partnering with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customers.

- Identify high-value fintech and ERP workflows for fundamental redesign.
- Shape opportunities into clear product direction grounded in user and business value.
- Define workflow logic, edge cases, controls, exceptions, and handoffs.
- Decide which activities should be automated and which should remain human-driven.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to build and launch capabilities.
- Test concepts with customers, incorporate learning, and iterate quickly.
- Own the path from problem identification through customer value and business impact.
דרישות
- At least 8 years of experience in finance, fintech, or ERP financial systems.
- Deep knowledge of financial workflows, ERP systems, and finance operations.
- Hands-on experience using AI-native tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to prototype, automate, analyze, and build.
- Demonstrated experience building and launching new initiatives and redesigning work processes.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into clear product logic, including controls, exceptions, edge cases, and handoffs.
- Strong product judgment across user experience, workflow design, automation, controls, and trade-offs.
- Business judgment connecting product decisions with customer value, adoption, differentiation, and monetization.
- Clear communication, structured thinking, and strong ownership.
