Lead the strategy and roadmap for the data layer and data sources of a customer data platform. Translate technical trade-offs into product requirements and business impact while partnering with engineering, customers, customer success, and internal stakeholders.

- Own the customer data platform data-layer strategy and roadmap
- Manage data-source reliability, scalability, and integration quality
- Translate technical and architectural trade-offs into product requirements and business impact
- Lead product discovery, specification, technical decision-making, launch, enablement, and customer adoption
- Engage customers, customer success managers, and internal stakeholders to address data and integration challenges
- Partner with research and development and engineering leaders to execute the roadmap
דרישות
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background
- At least 6 years of product management experience with live, scaled B2B SaaS products
- Track record of owning complex technical data platforms, pipelines, integrations, or infrastructure-facing products
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven prioritization and impact measurement
- Experience working with United States customers and markets
- Native-level written and spoken English
- Ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
