Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of customer engagement SaaS products. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customers to prioritize features, launch products, and improve performance through data-driven decisions.

- Monitor product performance and metrics to guide continuous improvement.
- Coordinate product initiatives across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Maintain product documentation and report on status and performance.

- Three to five years of product management experience, including successful SaaS product delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, product analytics, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
