Seeking a Project Manager to lead projects throughout their lifecycle at a company specializing in energy-absorbing seats for military and civil aviation. The role involves direct client interface, contract management, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure successful delivery.

- Manage projects end-to-end, leveraging organizational resources to meet objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and hold managerial authority over project aspects.
- Lead contract reviews and prepare competitive, high-quality proposals.
- Address contractual requirements and develop comprehensive project work plans.
- Oversee project work plans across all phases, including periodic performance analysis and tracking.
- Maintain deep familiarity with client solutions and drive cross-organizational improvements.
- Continuously manage project risks and implement mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage activities related to issues and problems, both internally and with clients.
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, understand evolving needs, present new products, and expand business scope.
- Actively participate in the project team, occasionally leading cross-functional initiatives.

- Academic degree (required).
- Proven experience in project management with business and operational interfaces (required).
- Proven experience and strong ability to lead and manage a matrix team (required).
- High-level English proficiency, including written, reading, and speaking (required).
- Demonstrated ability to present topics to clients and management in Hebrew and English (required).
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (required).
