  • Define and communicate the long-term product strategy for the cloud platform, aligning with company goals.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs, translating them into clear product requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Implement agile methodologies to drive iterative development, frequent testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion user-centric design and collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and industry trends.
  • Communicate product updates, status, and roadmap to executives, partners, and customers.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive data-driven decisions.

דרישות

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud-based B2B platforms and IoT ecosystems.
  • Strong technical background in cloud computing, data management, APIs, and frontend applications.
  • Experience with AI tools, mobile tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Track record of launching and scaling SaaS applications and API-based platform infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen to balance customer needs with company objectives.
