Lead the AI Security product line at a well-funded cybersecurity startup. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for securing enterprise AI adoption, including LLMs, agents, and emerging threats. Zero-to-one role shaping a new category. Collaborate with CISOs, researchers, and engineers to deliver governance and data protection.

- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Security product line.
- Define product capabilities for AI visibility, governance, and control over LLMs and agents.
- Build features for the agentic era, including agent identity, authorization, and guardrails.
- Analyze the AI threat landscape: prompt injection, data exfiltration, and model supply chain risks.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear specifications and a shippable roadmap.
- Collaborate with CISOs and security architects to understand enterprise challenges.
- Partner with engineering, research, and design to ship quickly and iterate.
- Align product with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OWASP).
- Support go-to-market with positioning and technical narrative.
דרישות
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in security, AI/ML, or developer platforms.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and modern AI stack (model APIs, RAG, agents, MCP, orchestration).
- Solid security foundation in data protection, DLP, identity, application security, or cloud security.
- Proven zero-to-one shipping in ambiguous markets.
- Hands-on AI curiosity and building experience.
- Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity startup.
