- Own AI product features from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
- Identify user problems and translate them into product requirements, experiments, and success metrics
- Build and ship AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, personalization, recommendations, and automation
- Drive product-led growth through onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention experiences
- Partner with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver AI solutions
- Run A/B tests, prompt iterations, model improvements, and funnel optimizations
- Use data, user research, and market insights to make product decisions
- Prototype product ideas with AI tools and refine user flows for quality and usability
דרישות
- 3–5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building AI/ML-powered products, including LLM features, NLP systems, recommendation engines, personalization, or automation tools
- Strong product judgment balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Solid technical understanding and comfort working with engineering and data teams
- Experience defining metrics, analyzing funnels, and running experiments
- Strong UX/UI judgment and product-design sensibility
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate with high ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
