Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a B2C digital healthcare marketplace, from user research and strategy through delivery, launch, and optimization.

- Define product vision and strategy based on company goals and user needs
- Lead product research, specification, development, quality assurance, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and marketing teams
- Translate complex challenges into clear product initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Prioritize features using business impact, data, and user feedback
- Run A/B tests, analyze product metrics, and optimize the user journey
- Represent user needs and improve digital healthcare experiences
דרישות
- At least 2 years of product management experience, ideally with B2C or e-commerce platforms
- Proven experience owning and shipping products at scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
