Manage the commercial strategy and performance of pharmaceutical product portfolios in an international healthcare company. The role combines field and office work with cross-country and international travel.

- Build and execute strategic business and marketing plans for product portfolios
- Manage product budgets, business planning, expenses, and performance monitoring
- Manage suppliers, overseas partners, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Implement marketing objectives, policies, and sales and marketing programs
- Analyze sales reports and market data to identify trends and adjust strategies
- Develop digital and print marketing materials and coordinate required approvals
- Provide sales teams with product support, sales initiatives, and market expansion opportunities
- Interpret scientific materials and share relevant knowledge with internal teams
- Coordinate with marketing, medical, sales, finance, regulatory, compliance, operations, logistics, and pharmacovigilance teams
- Represent the company at local and international conferences, training sessions, and industry events
- Maintain professional, ethical, and compliance standards
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in natural or life sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or dietetics; a pharmacy-related university, BSc, or MSc degree is required
- Two to three years of product management experience in an international company
- Experience in product management, brand management, or pharmaceutical product specialization
- Fluent English with strong presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data, interpret medical metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong technical writing, communication, presentation, project leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, compliance, and related procedures

- Master’s degree in business
- Prior sales experience in medical devices, MedTech, or pharmaceuticals
- Experience with pharmaceutical or medical products
