Principal Product Manager, Strategic Enterprise Accounts

Own the product relationship with strategic enterprise security customers. Manage enhancement requests, prioritize requirements, influence roadmaps, and translate validated customer needs into broadly valuable products. The role is remote-first and includes up to 50% travel for executive and design

- Own and maintain the enhancement request pipeline for strategic enterprise accounts
- Prioritize customer requirements using data, RICE, weighted scoring, and opportunity sizing
- Translate customer pain points into product direction and shipped outcomes
- Identify cross-account patterns and develop design partnerships
- Feed validated customer needs into core product roadmaps
- Present roadmap updates, including deprioritizations and missed expectations, to senior stakeholders
- Write clear requirements and assess system feasibility and scope
- Support sales cycles through RFPs, security questionnaires, and roadmap presentations
- Balance contractual customer expectations with broader product strategy
- Create roadmap trackers, request dashboards, and decision memos
- Advocate for customer needs while protecting the wider market perspective
- Follow applicable security, privacy, and secure software development policies
דרישות
- 7–10 years of product management experience
- At least 4 years of B2B enterprise software experience
- Experience owning a product area with meaningful revenue impact
- Direct experience working with strategic enterprise accounts
- Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or security operations platforms
- Knowledge of detection engineering, log ingestion, correlation rules, threat hunting, and compliance use cases
- Experience managing enhancement requests across multiple enterprise accounts
- Experience presenting to C-suite and VP-level customer stakeholders
- Ability to write actionable product requirements and assess technical feasibility
- Experience working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Legal
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to use AI tools for synthesis, documentation, preparation, development, debugging, or code optimization
