Lead the development and success of broadband solutions, connecting customer and market needs with technical execution. Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, logistics, operations, and supply chain teams from concept through launch while managing delivery, quality, and product performance.

- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales to support product execution and time-to-market
- Work with logistics, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to identify needs and define product solutions
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch
- Manage cross-functional projects for timely delivery and quality execution
- Align the product roadmap with market trends and customer needs
- Analyze data to identify process and product performance improvements
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical, or systems engineering
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Strong operations background, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
- Technical and system-level understanding of hardware and software products
- Strong data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with new product introduction and scaling products from prototype to production
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
