Own the end-to-end online shopping journey and site performance, from landing pages through checkout. Lead a small team while working hands-on with marketing, creative, merchandising, design, data, and technology to improve conversion, order value, revenue, and profitability.

- Own the click-to-purchase funnel, site performance, and core growth metrics.
- Plan and execute experiments across landing pages, product pages, navigation, messaging, pricing, promotions, and checkout.
- Analyze funnels and customer behavior to identify friction and growth opportunities.
- Develop product flows and experiences from data and customer insights, moving ideas from hypothesis to production with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, bundles, upsells, cross-sells, on-site merchandising, product discovery, and personalization.
- Lead and develop a small product growth team while staying hands-on.
- Use AI to accelerate analysis, research, ideation, experimentation, and execution.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, product growth, conversion optimization, or digital product.
- Significant experience owning high-volume B2C e-commerce funnels, preferably in a paid-acquisition-driven business.
- Demonstrated results improving conversion, average order value, revenue, and profitability.
- Extensive hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Experience leading and developing a small team while remaining hands-on.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with funnel and customer data.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, customer psychology, user experience, pricing, promotions, and unit economics.
- Hands-on use of AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- High-level English proficiency.
