Manage flight-test campaigns for airborne systems from planning and site selection through execution and operational control. The role includes dedicated training as part of the position and requires overtime availability.

  • Write requirements, activities, and work plans for all participating parties
  • Define technical resources and instrumentation for the test site
  • Select the test site
  • Coordinate and operate maritime and airborne resources for testing
  • Manage test teams and subcontractors
  • Prepare process documentation and manage test execution from the command room
  • Coordinate with internal departments, business units, and customers

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or exact sciences
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • System-level understanding of processes
  • Good English
  • Strong leadership, initiative, coordination, presentation, and teamwork skills
