Seeking an experienced manager to lead a multidisciplinary systems engineering team responsible for full lifecycle development of CT/AMI detection platforms, from design and requirements to verification and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary systems engineering team.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance in CT/AMI detection platform development.
  • Oversee engineering planning and execution to ensure timelines and quality.
  • Manage resource assignment, headcount, and budget.
  • Collaborate across functions to define and implement next-generation products.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections as subject matter expert.

דרישות

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, physics, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years experience as system engineer, including 5+ years in people leadership.
  • Experience with requirements management and traceability tools.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, design controls, and risk management.
  • Experience with verification and validation processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
