  • Oversee the design and delivery of reliable, high-performance behavioral models and functional simulators
  • Coordinate execution with ASIC architecture, software, and hardware teams
  • Promote hands-on problem solving, debugging, and engineering excellence
  • Create development plans and provide regular feedback to team members

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 8+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree plus 5+ years
  • At least 5 years of hands-on software or ASIC development experience
  • At least 3 years leading a team or domain of 5 or more engineers
  • Programming experience with C, C++, SystemVerilog, or design verification
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
